Kicking off Flying Home will be the incomparable Meschiya Lake.

Meschiya headlined at our biggest TSDS Dance party last year so we thought it would be perfect for her to get things started at Flying Home.

Meschiya Lake got her start at a singing contest at a Rapid City, South Dakota steakhouse. Since then she has traveled with the circus, busked in New York City’s Washington Square Park and New Orleans, performed across europe, and won awards and accolades from jazz festivals, magazines and even NPR.

Through it all she’s shown people to express love of life through music and dance. And we can’t think of anyone better to get Flying Home started!
