"If you ain't got a horse, ride a cow!"

Many of us know Norma Miller as the undisputed Queen of Swing and revered member of the Savoy Ballrooms "Whitey's Lindy Hoppers.” But a more in depth look at her life and legacy reveal a story of resilience, artistic excellence and unrelenting self determination against a backdrop of misogyny, racism and systemic oppression. It’s not only what Norma achieved throughout her life that is truly remarkable, but even more inspiring is how she did it.
